Be Happy! Be Healthy!


Happiness – this is what we all aim for. People can not be happy all the time but we can be contented and fulfilled. According to studies made, happiness is not about acquiring material things but on how you set an outlook in your life and how good your relationship is with other people.

Be optimistic and follow your gut. Having a positive outlook is very important. Yeah, life is hard but for people who are optimistic, life is exciting. Take problems as a challenge to improve your self. Don't be afraid to do what you want. Make choices and take chances or else your life will never change.

Stay close to your family and friends. No happy person is alone. You need the company of your family in order to be happy. True happiness is by having a good relationship with other people especially with your loved ones.

Work and earn money. Love your work and be contented. Earn and buy stuff you want. Nothing is more fulfilling than savoring the fruits of your hardships.

Smile and forgive. Study shows that when you smile, even though you happy or not, your life will be elevated. Don't forget to forgive those who sinned against you. It lessens the pain and it contributes to a better cardiovascular health. These things may also lower the perception of stress.

Make friends with people who share your interests and faith. Go to church regularly and you will find satisfaction. People who go to church are happier than those who do not. It is always good to find someone whom you can talk to about everything.
